Mrs Nastassia Holness
BA - Biblical Theology, Web Development DIP

Nastassia (Tassi) is a member of the NTCG Northampton church where she served as the local Missions and Evangelism department lead. She also operates at a National Office level, Representing the 18-35’s on the National Evangelism and Missions board, as well as her role as the National Education Administrator and Church Engagement Co-ordinator for the Leadership Training Centre (LTC). 

Previously to working at the Leadership Training Centre, Nastassia worked as the North & Central Church Relations Regional Manager for Wycliffe Bible Translators and the BAME Church Fellowship Manager for the UK for Operation Mobilisation (OM UK). During her employment, Nastassia has contributed to the work on various mission field projects, presented multiple mission workshops, and church speaking/preaching engagements ecumenically around the United Kingdom and internationally. She has a strong administration and management background, working alongside, recruiting, and sign-posting volunteers and missionaries in areas where they can better serve the Kingdom of God. Nastassia hopes to utilise her passion, skills, and her education background to enhance her work at the LTC. 

She completed a BA in Theology through Chester University (Mattersey Hall Bible College) in 2013 and has used her qualifications, skills, passion, and experience to commit herself to a cause that she believes in, which is to be the change she wants to see in the world.

Nastassia’s role is key to the smooth running and operational effectiveness of the LTC. Her education background, commitment, passion, enthusiasm, and friendly approach will be vital in helping those who are passionate about education and continuous professional development, to realise their full ministry potential. 

Her specific responsibilities include developing and managing the new LTC website, LTC App and the student Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) , 
Church engagement, video editing, and providing essential administrative support to a team of lecturers. In addition, she manages the student life cycle from registration to graduation. She also works with task groups to assist with course recruitment  marketing activities, coordinating examinations, assessment processes and communicating with prospective students.
