Course overview
Speech and English Composition A review of the fundamentals of English grammar, with emphasis on writing and composition. The course will review the basic principles of speaking, the different kinds of speeches, and the various forms of speech communication. How all of this interacts with modern methods of conveying one’s message is part of this study.

After students complete this course, they will be able to:
- Apply correct use of grammar.

-Make nouns and pronouns agree.

- Outline reports, sermons, speeches, and any other documents.

- Use punctuation correctly.

- Write a composition correctly, including good opening and closing paragraphs.

- Utilize the various forms of media communication.  

- Know and use the basic principles of public speaking.

- Know how to present oneself in a public speaking arena.

Min. Keith Poole
MA, PhD Management and Leadership

Keith Poole is an International Conference Speaker and Coach, Facilitator & Global Specialist of Leadership programmes.
Keith has been an Executive Director & President’s Advisory Council Member with the John Maxwell Team since 2017 and a Certified Leadership Coach. As Trainer and Speaker, he intends to bring personal growth, develop and add value to individuals and organisations, using relevant, globally proven programmes.
He has a passion for world economics which led him to live in Australia and South Africa. He studied Community Leadership and then completed his Master’s Degree and Ph.D. in Management and Leadership in 2013.
Keith’s influence takes him regularly to Africa, throughout Europe, and in Lebanon, where he connects with many cultures to bring transformation to communities.
